After office hour me, my brothers, my brother's girlfriend, and my friend, Intan, we all watched Jurassic World, The newest movie this week. Because my brothers really love Dino, they asked us to watch it at IMAX. That is why we have to go to Gandaria City which has IMAX movie studio. OMG it was such a long time since i go to this mall. 

I heard there is a famous ice cream at Gandaria City. It is Tai Parfait. This Brand is just came to Jakarta may be like 3 months ago. So many people post this ice cream on their social media because they served it in a cute way. 

Their Branch is a small cafe in the middle of bridge. Just like ramen shop thay use wood for their outlet design. With a few small chairs and small tables this outlet is cute.

 

Just like their branch, the ice cream their sell is cute too. You know fish bread japanese always love? it is the one they selling. It called Taiyaki. Taiyaki served with ice cream on the fish mouth with some topped we can choose.

First you have to choose what kind of filling in your fish bread, there are matcha, custard cream, Azuki (Red Bean), and chocolate. Then you choose what kind of ice cream you want matcha, vanilla, and chocolate, or banana, strawberry, and many more. 

I was choose Azuki filling with matcha ice cream. 

My Taiyaki is freashly baked. They didn't use display taiyaki, they baked it only if there is customer. but the i hope they have some fan for chilling their hot taiyaki. my ice cream melted so fast because my taiyaki is still hot. huuf even it is hot my taiyaki is not crunchy enough and too flabby. I like the azuki filling and the matcha ice cream is yummy, not too bitter. YUUM

Their service is friendly and fast. but may be better not too fast because i hope my taiyaki more crunchy and chilled enough so my ice cream doesn't melted too fast.

Naches

Kemang Timur's Bar

There is a bar at Kemang Timur which is named Naches. Naches has a minimalis architectural. As the outside, the inside is also minimalis interior with a big bar in the right side and big sofa near their window. Grey, White and black is their main color. In the corner they have band space for live music. This is a cozy place.

That day we had a change to try Naches'  soon to launched menu.

First is Spinach Raviolo, Pasta Ravioli, Fetta cheese, Parmesan, Spinach, and pesto. I feel like they don't give much parmesan and too dried for the spinach. But they cooked the ravioli perfectly. It is al dente. 

Second Baked Rigottoni, Pasta Rigottoni, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Tomato, Concase. I like this one. The parmesan and mozarella is melted and moist. the ricotta is well cooked too. Love love this dish.

Pizzza Ai Frutti Di Marre, A pizza with shrimp, salmon, squid, spinach, paprika, and onion. This Pizza is not like a pizza with melted cheese. May be that is the way they want it to be or i don't know. as always they can cooked the pizza dough in a al dente way. but i hope they can put more cheese on it. 

French Fries with Indonesian Sambal, It is a french fries with a shrimp paste chili and green chili. you can imagine the taste. the sambal is not so bad, so you should try it.

Strawberry Trifle. This dessert is like strawberry cheese cake. served in the glass make this dessert cute and eyecathching. I like this dessert the most that night

Tiramissu. This dessert is Tiramissu. HAHAHA what else i can say. The espresso is too much for me. It is bitter but i think it is fit for boys. 

Creammy Oreo layer, it is a oreo cake combine with chocolate and whipped cream. the cake a bit dry but is okay because they use a good chocolate for this dessert.

Find theirs newest menu. Worthed and the most important these dishes are not for stuffed your tummy. with a small size these dishes fit for snacking while enjoying live music. As Naches theme. it is a bar not a family restaurant.

Kopitiam at Central Market

Durian Again

I told you before one of my hobby is snacking. Mostly i snack for something sweet.

and this time i go for Durian Ice Floss. At the beginning i was just want to buy a milo or tea for my tea break while shopping in Central Market. But my eyes catch something mouth watering. the picture on the banner is so tempting. it was Ice floss picture. i told my friend how if we go buy ice floss instead. hehehe fortunately she was agreed.

we asked the seller which flavor is their favorite. yeah because they have so many flavor and we want something more than vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. They were black bean and durian but we can't buy one for each of us because it is snacking not dinner. hehe finally the seller said it is durian ice floss. since we love durian, we agreed to ordered durian flavor.

the ice floos is different from the picture. It was big and they served it with pearls and bubble. WUHUUUU

I love pearls and bubbles. yum yum yum. Ice floss different from ice cream and shaved ice. It was not creamy and not icy too. it was between them. I saw layers and it is cream but a bit shaved. they put durian meat beside the ice. so the ice it self is not durian flavor.

Kindori Ice Cream

One of my bad habit is snacking but hey it is fun, so sorry hehehe

today one of my snacks is Kindori Ice cream. this brand is from japan i think. not really sure but their outlet decoration told so. i tried their matcha ice cream. They served it with a waffle cracker. it taste quite good. not soo creamy though but its matcha was strong.

Have you ever come to ps. Santa?? They have a food court now. May be there is a food court already but these days there are many tenant in that food court sell unique food.

Legoh sell main course and finger tip food.

I just order their finger tip since i was already eat other tenant dish.

I was order lumpia aroma susu and lumpia aroma es krim.

They claimed lumpia aroma susu is the most wanted fingertip they have, but i was curious about lumpia aroma es krim.

So i decided to buy the bought. Since the price is not pricey. For lumpia aroma eskrim 21k and lumpia aroma susu is 15k.

Like my feeling told me lumpia aroma eskrim is fits for my palate but the lumpia aroma susu is toooooo like realllllly sweet omg!!! They filled the lumpia with cheese but the condensed milk is too much.

Tous Les Jours PIM

Hey hey. Dessert lover. 

Have you heard tous les jours? You think it is franche? Noooo it is korea, halyu star country. Hahahaha

Their outlet already spread in jakarta right now. In this review i will write about one of their outlet in pondok indah.

This outlet placed in pondok indah mall 5 ( that is how people called street gallery) this place is like food section from all shopping mall. Many restaurant open here and i think the concept is like cilandak town square, no AC!!! i hate that!! I meant hello!! This is jakarta where AC is not effective at all when daylight comes and you expact me to enjoy my food without ac?? You think!!

But this time i looked around and try some place to try on. I choosed tous les jour because the outlet facing the water park which doesn't has polution.

I like the interior and how they display the bread, pastry, chocolate, cake, and other dessert. 

But they have only few seat so if you go alone you problably can not tagged a seat and you will end up standing. Hahaha

The service is nice and fast, they were friendly too, they suggest me to warp my canoli without me asked them.

When i looking for cake one of their waiter came to me without me asked again, and she can explained everything i asked. Good management.

The price is whorted for such a good taste 

QQ Kopitiam

Hey foodies. Happy monday. Is your monday alright? Haha most people hates monday, so do i. So i decided to lighter my monday with going to sit down, drink some coffee, and read a bookm i choose QQ Kopitiam as my place to me time at this 'beautiful monday'. I was interested with the design interior. A big enterance and split as two room. One is smoking room, other one is no smoking room. First i attempt sit at smoking room because the view. The view is facing my office and M.H. thamrin street with their lights. Beautiful!! But as i know it is smoking room and someone beside me smoking so hard. Huuuf

for my health, I was decided to move to non smoking room. Eventhough there were no view but the design interior make you comfortable as like you at home. Cozy feeling that you'll get is different than western coffee shop. Classic as old house with beautiful floor and chairs designed like in a garden. Full of lights. 

One thing i want to say in my review is the waiters was not stand by in enterance. With such a big enterance i was difficult to call waiter to ask a table. I don't know where i should ask. I have to looking without any idea what to do. But when i get a table i don't have to ask about menu.

I was ordered abon sapi and milo dinosaurus. The milo came first and the abon sapi a bit longer than i thought. Fortunately i was not hungry. Huuuf

The taste is ordinary. Nothing special. I don't know may be because i didn't order their speciality. The abon sapi a bit salty. The price is not so expensive.

When i ask the bill. I was just given a struck without map. I feel a bit dissapointed about how they give my bill with out envelope or board. just a sheet of small paper.
