and suddenly i am in Ya-udah Bistro.....

Today's lunch held in Ya-udah bistro. this bistro placed in Jl. Johar, kebon Sirih. Right nex to Dreamtel. Mba Lena said this bistro was in Jl. Jaksa before. Their speciallity is Germany dish like sausage bratwurst and more.

Thier outlet is not so eye cathching from the outside. orange is definately dominate all Bistro. Ya-udah sign is not to easy to read which hanging on the wall in back of bistro. Eventhough  it is day light, i was can not get a good lighting. All bistro covered with roof so all light can not get through. I was really hard to get a good picture. huhuhuhu

We were ordered thi salad with German dressing. It is soury taste and it is my first time taste this kind of dressing. I am not to like it though, but may be you are. try it yourself. 

Garlic Bread

This garlic bread is simple but yummy!! i love the bread they used and i like how they made the garlic on this dish. It is moist bread yet not so chewy. crunchy from the grilled of garlic but not too hard to bite. It is a big portion too. so satisfied

The Lamb Burger

This burger made with Lamb patty. We can choose the side dish to sompany our main course. There was french fries, Germeny fried, rice, and many more kind of carbs. I was choose Germany Fried since this one is their signature. It is Potato with onion and black paper, and then they grilled it. I like this side dish, eventhough i prefer if it is more crunchy. but may be if it is more crunchy i am afraid it'll become dried. The lamb patty is so thick. they grilled it perfectly and served with lettuce and tomato.They dont use any other sauce which make me can taste the lamb perfectly. Its buns is big too, I couldn't ate it all. I was so full.

this dish served with 3 kind of meat. Pork, Chicken, and Beef. All grilled. Its serving is simple but with those 3 meat i think people will alreadu mouth watering. hahaha They grilled it perfectly. all well done.

This is Thai green tea. Thai tea mix with green tea. a bit mint perfect for this breverage.

They have a good service, fast, and friendly. some waiters confused if we asked "what should we eat here?". It was not pricey but not too cozy if you want spent chill time here

Yesterday is my best friend's birthday celebration. Me and my other friends having lunch at another resto before we decided to having coffe before our gloomy monday tomorow. hehehe

We were choose Spumante for our next destination. I have not heard about their coffee before, but we choose here because their cafe is cute.

They just opened for 2 months. their cafe is not big but have a cute decoration. Even though not to conceptualized. one side they use crystal lamps and girly sofa, the other side they use simple decoration like white and black chair. at the back they use big wodden table and chair (which this one is our table).at the back they have dessert counter and kitchen. uniq because most of cafe display their dessert in front for catch customer eyes.
If i am not wrong they will expand their cafe, but it haven't finished yet. I was pick a glance from their soon to be new space of their cafe. I think it will be simple too. like white and simple interior. let's see next visit then. hehe

Cappucino iced (my friend order for blended but they have not ready yet for blended breverage, at least they told us before) is quiet nice and i can taste they use good quality coffee bean.

 Gotcha Matcha and Green Veggie Juice. I like this Gotcha Matcha Ice cream. Like its name, this one made by matcha and its taste is yummy. Its matcha is not bitter and i can taste the matcha so well. The green Veggie Juice is not like you imagine. It is not taste veggie at all. Sweet and good taste. was not my favorite though.

 Red velvet Latte, Like we eat Red velvet cake. this one taste like a dessert. i can taste cream and sweet beet from this breverage. may be first time is a bit wierd but is okay for the rest.

 Panna Cotta with Strawberry sauce. the panna cotta is more like vanilla milk pudding and home made strawberry sauce. i prefer for more moist panna cotta not like jelly panna cotta. this one catch my heart just because its taste is perfectly sweet.

Choco Canella, Chocolate with black tea and nutella. It taste dominate with chocolate. i was expacting different flavor which more black tea kinda flavor. this one is like another chocolate ice cream with a bit hazelnut taste from nutella maybe.

They have a great service. they were really friendly and fast. they can explain their menu so well. Spumante is not pricey i think. worthed to try this cafe.

Committee will give their profit to Sekolah Master in Depok Area. it is School for unfortunate children who has no money to pay their education. You know education is a strongest weapon in this world. everybody can change their destiny with good education.

Cading was really between Pudding and Cake,. they have many flavor but my favorite is Coffee. it is rare, usually i don't like coffee but this one is yuuum

i heard so many flavour for Kue Cubit these days. green tea, Ovomaltien, Nutella, or many more. yummy yummy
Smoute Bollen is one of This kind of Kue Cubit.
they still use traditional Kue Cubit Pan. As you can see in thoose pictures.
they can served their Kue cubit in two ways. Half done or Well Done.
they said half done is better but i prefer well done since i don't like egg smell in my dessert. but may be for siome people who like raw egg it doesn't metter

I Forgot to explain that Food For thought Themes is 90's to Charity. ofcourse they will provide us 90's food. one of their tenant which catch my eyes is this one. provide 90's snack like cuba, lidi, and manymore. for you 90's must be miss these snack so much.
