Hey foodies.
Last tuesday i had visited this ismaya newest restaurant in grand indonesia east mall ground floor. It is placed in bermuda triangle dine ( nomz, union deli, and THIS ONE) hahaha . It is PUBLIK MARKETTE!! Finally open for public today. Fortunately i can taste their dish earlier than anybody. Hehe lucky me.
First i walked in i can see their interior full with trees ornament made me felt like getting into the forest. Dominanated with wood interior but their chairs are sofa so don't worry it will be cozy for you. They have bar and market outket for main course and dessert. the unique concept with this ismaya restaurant is they will CHANGE their market galery menu EVERYDAY!!! Can you imagine how many menu you can try if you keep coming in a week. You will never gettinv bored with this restaurant. 
At that time for beverage we had

Its taste really yummy, i like how the maintenance the sweetness, i can feel the hazelnut really well, i love its persentation the most.

This dish is the best from all. They cooked the salmin really well, no fishy smell, enough portion, and i LOVE their hainam rice which aacompanying my salmon,

This one is a big big biig half of chicken, i love the smell of its butter and finally i find roasted chicken without salty taste,

If i did not have salmon i have to order this one. Hahaha they cooked the ribs half done with a good quality of ribs this dish is perfect!!! But they put too many carbs on this plate, my friend getting so full,

Papricano Mexican Cantina

Have you ever come to ps. Santa?? They have a food court now. May be there is a food court already but these days there are many tenant in that food court sell unique food.

One of their tenant is papricano mexican cantina. Such a loooong name fiuuuh.

They sell mexican food like nachos, taco, buritos, and more. I heard they are famous with their buritos. So i decided to order buritos and since the queue is looong, it was not worthed if i just order for one buritos, i decided to order taco too. I was wanted to order nachos because i wanted to try the cheese sauce but unfortunately they were sold out. Huhuhu

the buritos is yummy i like the spice and the taste of the beef, but the warp is too flabby. Huhuhu the taco is too dry and salty. Maybe because theu add too much cheese. The warp of taco is good though. Hehe

I prefer the buritos since their taco a bit tasteless.

I was queueing for 45 minutes here. Omg!!! It was needed some times too for taking my order. What can i say they famous for their dish.

Tsurro

One of their tenant is tsurro. They opened just for a month, but totally a hits!! They sell green tea churros with many dip sauce or additional flavor like cinamon.

I was ordered green tea churros with chocolate dip sauce. I satisfied with the this one. Crunchy ( eventhough too dry), not too sweet, and the chocolate is fine enough. Even the chocolate dip sauce a bit too watery but what would you ask with just 25k. With this kinda taste it is more than tasty .

I will buy this churros everytime i come to ps. Santa. Addictive. Yuuuum

Judas

One of their tenant is judas. They sell smoothies with a detergen packaging, but they did not give me that detergen packaging!!! Huhuhu 

I was ordered chipmunk, manggo, and nutella with price 30k each.

Chipmunk is a mixed from something taste like nuts and banana ( i couldn't really remember). I like chipmunk, refreshing and the taste is just balance between sweet and fresh. nutella is yeah you can tell from the name it is nutella jam but you what the taste is kot too sweet like other nutella dish or breverage. Manggo is a manggo. Hahaha this one is the safest smoothies i order in case i did not other smoothies. Hahaha but yeah since i love other smoothies my junior can have the manggo one. Hehehe she said it was really smooth and sweet but not made you sick of it.

Hahaha they selling hot dog with BLACK bun. Woooow

Uniq right? With just 35k per single hot dog, 40k per double hot dog ( with double smoked beef), 45k per triple hot dog ( with triple smoked beef) and add 5k if you want sone sauce. They have white sauce and cheese sauce. Me and my friends ordered two single hot dog, one with cheese sauce and the other one with white sauce. 

I prefer their cheese aauce since i am a big fans of cheese. Hehehe

But DOG does not meet my expactation. I think the black bun will give me something different. Unfortunately it is just a black bun. Heeeem

But really worthed to try, but hold on!!! You have to queue for 1 hour for this hot dog!!! Literally 1 hour!!!! Dog*y. Hahaha kidding. 

I suggest, you should asked your friend to buy something else while you queuing here.

Legoh sell main course and finger tip food.

I just order their finger tip since i was already eat other tenant dish.

I was order lumpia aroma susu and lumpia aroma es krim.

They claimed lumpia aroma susu is the most wanted fingertip they have, but i was curious about lumpia aroma es krim.

So i decided to buy the bought. Since the price is not pricey. For lumpia aroma eskrim 21k and lumpia aroma susu is 15k.

Like my feeling told me lumpia aroma eskrim is fits for my palate but the lumpia aroma susu is toooooo like realllllly sweet omg!!! They filled the lumpia with cheese but the condensed milk is too much.

Bbo Bbo Kkogi

One of their tenant is bbo bbo kogi. It is a korean outlet. Yeah you can tell just from the name. When i was arrived they just sold out and will selling again at 17.00.
When time exactly 17.00, there was already a queue like 3 people. Hahaha indonesian always on time when it comes for food.
I was ordered striploin. I want try something else but they just sell striploin, bulgogi, and one thing i don't remember.

Striploin is 48k with or without rice.
I like how they serving it. They give us a mini grill, kimchi, a bowl of rice, 3 striploin, 4 lettuce (WHYYYYYY!!! PLEASE GIVE ME MOOOOOREEEE), and garlic.
I was having fun grilling my striploin on my mini grill. Hehe like to took pictures with this kind of serving. Hehehe
The taste is yeah what should i say it is beef, i like beef, soo i love it. But if you talking about the sauce, not special, but their kimchi is yuum, fits for my indonesian tounge, not too sour. 
One thing i would like to say. Please add more lattuce like 3 more maybe

Gayobies Kopi

They sell coffee of course. Haha 

I ordered vanilla latte. It is 28 k
The taste is not so special. a bit sweet and the smell is not so tempting for me. Its size is fine, but maybe they should make their packaging with their brand.
But it worth to try.

Roti Eneng

One of their tenant is roti eneng. I have not heard it before. One of my friend tell me that grilled bread here is not bad. we order matcha grilled bread. The protion is so big. Contain with two big bread and matcha jam and they sliced it to two pieces.
The persentation not so unique so i expact the taste is more. When i try it it was sooo ordinary like i prefer my own grilled bread at home. The matcha a bit bitter i don't know why.
The price is 25k.

Hide & Seek Swillhouse

Last saturday i have try the new restaurant in scbd area. It is hide and seek swillhouse. They just opened for 2 months. It placed in fairground area (in front of energy building and grand lucky supermarket).

At first i was a bit confuse where hide and seek placed, since it is a hide and seek you should looking for it first. Haha kidding. You can find it from blumchen and you can find HS sign. Frim there you just have to follow the alley then you'll find hide and seek swillhouse. Yeaaah

First i walked in i found classic british bar. My friend said it is artdeco style. With a big leather sofa, wood interior, antic stuffs, and dominaced with brown color this restaurant give you 100% cozy ambience.

Not too big but enough for your privat party.

Their service is soooooooooooo bad!!!! They took 45 minutes for our berverage and 1000 years for main course (almost two hours)!!!! Omg!!! If we were not having fun with our time i would be exploded!!! Jeez

They told us not to took interior picture too, heem.

I hope they change their mind because we can promoting your resto guys.

The price is yeaah i already told you above, but the tax is 21% !!!!! Fiuuuuh my pocket is crying
