Sana Sini Restaurant

Special Lebanese by Chef Yehia El-Arab

the Holy Month is coming, to celebrate this beautiful month with moeslim in Jakarta, Sana Sini provides Lebanese Culinaire for their special section. Yesterday I have tried this new Lebanese section.

placed right in front of Sana Sini Restaurant ( the bread section). Chef Yehia prepared this section directly. They served people who wants to try Lebanese dish. As another section, Lebanese section is also rotated every day for one month. There is Appatizer, some sweet, and Main course which authentic from Lebanon. Chef Yehia brought the original seasoning from lebanon special for Sana Sini lover. You can find Falafel, Tabbouleh, Fattoush, Hummus, Slow Roast Lamb Ouzi with Kafsah rice, Baba Ghanoush, Salouna Vegetable, Moutabal, Kibbeh, Shawarma, Shish Taouk, Tagine and Baklava, Turki Coffee and Tea with mint scent.

Slow Roast Lamb Ouzi

This Roasted Lamb is so amazing, really tender and not smelly at all, the Rice is a bit sticky but i am sure it because the type of the rice. Its seasoning is so middle east Asia, but not to strong.

Sniper Fish

Sory for the abstrac pitcure, this fish is moist and not dried, I prefer is kafta seasoning than the one in roasted lamb.

Shawarma

OMG, this Shawarna is so yuuum, I like the pita bread, yummy and many kind of picklesmade it fresh.

this one is kinda assorted beef satay. the herbs and spice is strong and the beef is too hard to chew.

Lahem Machwi

Seafood on the top and cous cous with light seasoning is yuum. Usually i dont like Cous cous though.

Lamb Bamia

again beef for this dish. the herbs and spice is strong, a bit sour.

this sweets is like chunky martabak, with pie crust and stucky filling, there are raisin, nuts, and honey.

I like this samosa like. its filling is mince meat with vegetable and herbs

this appatizer is sour and with a really small size it can melt in your mouth

vegetable with spice, just like salad for rise your appatited.

beside the Lebanaese special, Sana Sini offer you an authentic takjil for break your fast.

First, Break your fast with sweets, this drinks are refreshingly sweet to recharges your energy after tiring fast.

Indonesian will know takjil, it is like snack for us. there is cendol, fruit soup, with many knid of traditional sweets. Sana Sini offer you an authentic taste of takjil. Yuum

Happy 1st Anniversary My Favorite Buffet Restaurant

This Monday is Sana Sini 1st Anniversary Party. I was invited by Adeza Sana Sini Newest Director of Markom. THANK YOU Adeza and Intan :)))

with another bloggers we explained about all section in Sana Sini. it was like a tour actually. hohoho

just like what i wrote before (i am happy i wrote it right. hihi http://legallyfood.blogspot.com/2014/06/sana-sini-restaurant.html ) there are western section, japanese section, Chinese section, and Indonesia Section. Just like everytime i come here they rotate their dish and most of them (i think all of them) are AMAZINGLY YUMMY!!

But there are surprise today. there is a Vegetarian Section!!!

Vegetarian Section

Today menu is indian dish. with curry, beans, cane, jala bread, Naan Bread, and many more. Since this is vegetarian section, there are no Kebab with lamb, chicken, or beef. its curry taste really yummy. not too much seasoned but we can still taste indian curry taste. the curry not too thick so you can try another dish since sana sini has so many yummy dish everyday.

MANIC MONDAY SINCE MARCH!!!

i just had my lunch at Sana Sini Pullman Jakarta Indonesia.
this time i brought my SLR for better picture. hehehe
Sana Sini doesn't prohibit people to take pictures in their outlet. it was so fun taking pitures in this Restaurant. it has good light and beautiful decoration. their chef cooked all food beautifully too.
