Applebee's

Hey foodies

Me and so my friends having dinner at this newly opened restaurant. This restaurant is originally from american. You must be have heard americans teenager said "applebees" haha yeah that one.

Applebee's is just having their soft opening. Plaza senayan fiiled with its baliho since applebee's opened. Applebee's place in 5th floor, exactly in the corner, the rightside of the floor. The outlet is big. That corner are all applebee's'. Since they just having a soft opening "trees" area hasn't ready yet.

Inside the outlet they have a big space too. With a colorful interior (yellow, green, red) sofas, bar, tables from wood and playfull decoration, this restaurant gives us a family ambience. Fits for your family dinner, lunch, amd gathering, but do not worry uou can come here with you friends too, because there is a bar too.

When we were come we can see there are so many trainees and when we asked for some dish in menu they still can not explain it. Fortunately we can speak to their manager and she gave us some recomendation for appitizer and dessert since we already had our main course.

The manager said, the only menu in indonesia is asia is korean ribs, in america they don't launch this menu

One thing, the taste and the size of all their dish are the same with applebee's america. So if asian doesn't really fit for its taste maybe because it is so american preferance, that is why she needs some input for modificate the taste.

This salad is refreahing my aick body that night, the dressing is simple but make me eat it more. One thing they should improved, please more chcicken.

Ultimate trios

Ultimate trios contain with three dishes, chicken cheese stick, taco, and spinach cheese( if i am not wrong) this one ia the manager recomendation too. I love the taco!! It is not salty like caviche. The chicken cheese stick is tatseless if you do not give its sauce. The spinach cheese is fine. Over all this one is worthed to try.

Korean short ribs
IDR 169KThis one is BITTER and tasteless. Omg!!! I will never try this dish again. It serve with rice maybe because it is korean, but the rice is a bit different but still not so special to forgive the tasteless ribs. Huhuhu

Blue ribbon brownie

This dessert is a recomendation from tge manager. when it came out, we just 'ooo' the persentation does not special at all. BUT the taste is OMG!!! really yummy. The chocolate of brownie is really tasty, not too sweet and the vanilla ice cream is simple but really fits for tjis brownie. This one makes me wanna comeback!!!

the soup restaurant

Had lunch time today in soup restaurant in plaza indonesia with my boses. Soup restaurant is eight bedise marutama ramen outlet. My boses have ate here for several times. They said the dishes is good especially chicken ginger something ( thet don't really remember the name, you can see it in my photo here u attached). 

First i walk in chinese retaurant atmosphere welcomed me. The table and seats designed as traditional chinese restaurant. The table set is already sets complete with a cup for chinese tea and chopstick. We had table near the enterance. The ambiance split with fance so i feel the ambiance small and narrow, and we can't see the entire restaurant.

During waited our order come, they serve us with red bean with special sauce. It taste make me want eating red bean and really good!!!

We ordered chicken ginger i have told before, buncis, telor asin shrimp, and squid fried with chilli paper. I love the chicken ginger and telor asin shrimp. Omg it was sooooo good. For my beverage i order olong chinese tea. It taste is good and it is refill. Hihi

About the price i don't think it is worthed. I mean it was expensive but the taste is not that good for such price. We are 3 people and we have to paid 378.000 rupiahs

Ta Wan

I had workshop yesterday in fx with my friend. When we get a break time i found my tummy is crying. So i was walked around find some good food. I found ta wan and because last ramadhan i couldn't make my wish to try ta wan 3 flavor porridge, this time i will make my wish come true. 

First i walked in i was a bit confused there 2 restaurant in 1 enterance, ta wan and ichiban shusi. When the servant ask me which restaurant i want finally i relize they do share enterance. A bit unique.

The ambiance is good. Typical chinese resraurant with big round table made by wood. Not too big but i think clean enough.

For food ofcourse i ordered 3 flavor porridge. My friend ordered sapo tahu or i dont know exactly. But i attached a photo here. 

3 flavors porridge is amazing. I love its taste. There are shrimp, chicken, and small pangsit with a good thickness of porridge plus not too salty. It was just perfect. Love it. Recomended!!!! But one thing, is it for two people? Cause they gave me 1 big bowl porridge and 2 small bowl with 2 set spoons and forks. But i didn't care i just ate it myself. Haha

My friends dish not so good though. But yeah ordinary. 

Ta wan lemon tea is good too. The seweetness is fits with my taste.

I will gonna come back for its porridge maybe in another outlet.

Marugame Udon, tebet

Have break fasting here today. Omg soooooo crowded. Has a long queue already. Me and my friend ardanty decided to bought a snack first and we get into marugame's long line. Hahaha the queue starts is not so hard to found. Queue line limits with wood decoration, tipical japanese restaurant. And the ambiance not so special like usual asian resto.
I tought we have wait in a long time, but fortunately marugame has a systematic service, so it was fast and all servant are friendly. I ordered ocha and katake udon (i am not sure it is the right name) with ebi tempura. I like its taste, not too thick and stiff. The tempura not so special, ordinary, ocha is good and not so light and it was refill. Hahahaha
Have a good time with my friend btw. Recomended and dont have to worry you'll wait too long, their service is fast
