Terik Daging is like opor without much broth. i like it how Chef Cipto cooked it really well, so easy to cut and eat it.
Kalasan fried chicken is a bit to hard to eat. it too dried but i never eat authentic kalasan, so may be Kalasan fried chicken have to fried so crunchy
Tumis Kecipir with shrimp, once again ususaly i dont like kecipir because a bit bitter and the taste is funny. but Chef Cipto created is with a shrimp so a bitter taste may be covered with shrimp and i can eat it.
Cendol, i like how their persentated. unique. they keep the cendol cold with a big bowl of iced but inside the cendol they just put a bit ice so we can eat it easily without much ice yet it still cold.
COOKIES!!! assorted cookies served for us last night. there are Nastar, Cheese Sagoo, Chocolate chookies with chasew nut, snow white, and katetong

This one is a vaerity of Indonesian Satay with peanut sauce or ketchup with chilli sauce (your choice). the special one is Satay Blengong. Blengong is a blaster between Itik and Entok (some kind of fowl). Its meast IS AMAZINGLY yummy. It is tender, not smelly, not overcooked, unique taste, and addictive. I'd like to eat this for 20 pieces.hehe It will served with flavorful curry broth with rice cake, sambal and fried shallot.
this is Rajungan Sambel Pati, a deep fried crab in coconut sambal balacan. Chef Cipto said it is made with Shrimp paste. I love its shrimp paste smell. really boost up my appetite. they cooked the Rajungan really good. it still moist, soft, yet savory and kick it!! Mai Gat!!!
Sugar cane for our welcome drink is refreshing. I like the taste. but for these two i stand in the right side. Nutella Martabak with forrero Rocher is WOW!! May be you have taste nutella martabak but this one is really not oily yet so soft and so tender martabak. i was amazed with how their chef make it.
This is rujak kangkung from brebes made by Chef Cipto. I like how Chef Cipto make it relly spicy and i can taste they have a great quality of peanut. it is yummy

What i like the most from this cookies is Cheese sagoo and katetong. Cinnamon has a unique katetong, they use tangerin for their katetong. they make it chruncy but the katetong is rise perfectly, a nice cookies. the cheese sagoo is shaped with unusual shape, it is like macaroon shape. so cute
