Ch(EAT) Room

Hey foodies. There are so many newly opened in zomato and one of the newly opened in grand indonesia is ch(eat) room. When i see their pictures in zomato, i thought this is a cafe with boutique tea concept, but i was wrong.
Yesterday i came to this resto. I was a bit confused because they have so many things to sale. Since i like to try their waffle i asked them where i can order a waffle. I was ordered coffee waffles with kitkat filling and green tea ice cream topping. All amount to 44k included tax 10%. The taste is fine. The waffle is crunchy but i couldn't find any kitkat in it huhuhu the coffee is a bit tasteless, and i prefer my green tea ice cream wasn't given with a colored sprinkle which really disturbing in my mouth.

Finally i understand what concept they have. This is like a little bazzar. There are 4 outlet. The lab, milky way, mamago, and cluster couple. The lab is selling bubble drink, milky way selling a cake in a jar, mamago is selling egg waffle, and cluster couple selling cookies. They are different brand in one outlet and like a food court you pay in a seperate chasier.
Even they named it ch(eat) room there no big space for big amount people to chitchat here. There only 4 chairs and two tables in the middle of those booths. And 2 couple table and chairs outside. Eventhough this outlet is narrow, but really fits for you and your best friend to have a deep conversation with a low cost. Hehe
After all this outlet gives you coziness if you come here with your bestpall. 
I would like to try the lab, milky way, and couple cluster next time.

Petit Julien

Another newly opened restaurant i found in zomato is petit julien. This dessert shop claimed they used belgian chocolate in most of their menu. All menu is about dessert. Waffles, pastries, cake, and more. 
I have been waiting since this outlet still in fiiting out process. The outlet placed in lower ground west mall. Food hall food court area. In the middle of food hall food court area and kinokuniya book store.
The outket is not so big, and they just have a several chairs inside their outlet or beside the outlet. They bring and europe cafe to this outlet. Dominate wity chocolate color make this outlet looks cozy.

I love this cake. I love the chocolate taste and it is not too sweet. The banana is tasty too. Its persentation may be not to fancy but not too ad either.

The taste is too sweet, i prefer they make it more salty, but i like its waffle. Served with roasted nuts gives more texture in your mouth. They put a scoop of vanilla ice cream, this ice cream is creamy enough and balance the caramel sweetness.

All price exclude tax 10%.

Their service is friendly and fast. I was not waited too long for my waffles and cake.

They took care of my request to take away my left over.

A bit disturbing hangout here tho, because the outlet i feel like in the middle of the road. May be i will just take away alk mu order next time.

Colette and Lola Grand Indonesia

Have you heard colette and lola? Their first outlet placed in senopati. In the same building with yeyo restaurant.
This brand is from ismaya group.
This one i will write is their third outlet. It placed in grand indonesia west mall. 3a floor in front os the dancing faountain stage. It was baskin and robin space.
Colette and lola famous with they cute and fun ambience. This outlet dominated with pink, victoria lamp, but still with a playfull chair and table.
First i walk in i found the dessert counter. All waiter are really friendly but most of them are trainee. So they do not too skillfull. A bit slow but still friendly.
The one who was not a trainee can explain clearly what shoul i order and i thanked full for them telling me which one with alcohol and non. I was orderee iceygreen (as always) and strawberry lemon macaroon.
What i dissapointed about i asked their manager and i asked for permission to took a picture and all, but he said i can't because all cctv is on, heey i don't want to steal your cake guys even i love them so much. Huhuhuhuhu. I just can took my dessert.
When i see other people took some picture i can not hold myself so i took a few. Sorry

Giant Raspberry macaroon with infuse

once, i had ordered for birthday cake. this one is Red velvet cake. the taste is good enough, their cream cheese isn't make you sick. eventhough it is a bot too sweet for me, but it is fine and worthed for the price.

Hey hey. Dessert lover. 

Have you heard tous les jours? You think it is franche? Noooo it is korea, halyu star country. Hahahaha

Their outlet already spread in jakarta right now. In this review i will write about one of their outlet in pondok indah.

This outlet placed in pondok indah mall 5 ( that is how people called street gallery) this place is like food section from all shopping mall. Many restaurant open here and i think the concept is like cilandak town square, no AC!!! i hate that!! I meant hello!! This is jakarta where AC is not effective at all when daylight comes and you expact me to enjoy my food without ac?? You think!!

But this time i looked around and try some place to try on. I choosed tous les jour because the outlet facing the water park which doesn't has polution.

I like the interior and how they display the bread, pastry, chocolate, cake, and other dessert. 

But they have only few seat so if you go alone you problably can not tagged a seat and you will end up standing. Hahaha

The service is nice and fast, they were friendly too, they suggest me to warp my canoli without me asked them.

When i looking for cake one of their waiter came to me without me asked again, and she can explained everything i asked. Good management.

The price is whorted for such a good taste
